Building Loyalty in Zoom Meeting App for Teaching and L earning Environment

Objective: To understand how students establish Loyalty with the Zoom Meeting App (ZMA) platform in higher education. Method: The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was adopted and modified, incorporating trust, social presence to students’ loyalty ZMA services their level of intention use App. A random sample from University Professional Studies Accra chosen. cross-sectional survey used collect data for this study. representative 552 respondents who agreed take part an online on provided responses that were analysis validate research model. factors influencing e-loyalty adoption intentions determined using Structural Equation modelling (SEM) method. Findings: According findings, Perceived Ease Use, Usefulness, Trust, Social Presence had a direct effect (b = 0.338; p 0.000), 0.096; 0.330; 0.198; respectively. Our results also show has significant influence behavioural 0.795; 0.000) Use positive Usefulness 0.240; 0.000). our indirect its antecedents, i.e., trust 0.237; perceived usefulness 0.135; Novelty: findings new model is credible evaluating educational technologies. feature bridges gap between lecturers, thus creating encouraging environment effective teaching learning whereby information can easily be shared.
